1. Delivery Coverage
We offer Pan-India delivery to most serviceable PIN codes.
Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-metro cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to vendor processing time, holidays, weather conditions, or logistics constraints.
3. Snapbaaz Logistics
All deliveries are handled through authorized logistics partners to ensure quality, tracking, and reliability.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499
- Standard Shipping: Charges calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location (displayed at checkout)
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of product defects, incorrect items, or delivery errors.
5. Order Tracking
Orders can be tracked via:
- SMS tracking link
- “My Orders” section on the website/app
6. Delivery Attempts
Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to the vendor.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for select products and locations.
A small handling fee may apply to COD orders.
(If you are charging ₹50 extra for COD, you should clearly mention it here like this:)
A ₹50 COD handling charge will be applied to all Cash on Delivery orders.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Customers must report damaged or lost items within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.
After verification, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
