1.Multi-Vendor Marketplace Model

Snapbaaz operates as a multi-vendor marketplace facilitator connecting buyers with
independent third-party vendors.

• Products are sold by third-party vendors, NOT by Snapbaaz
• Snapbaaz provides platform, payment processing, and logistics
• Snapbaaz is NOT responsible for product quality or vendor performance
• Contracts formed directly between buyers and vendors

2.Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction

These Terms comply with Indian laws including:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019 & E-Commerce Rules, 2020
• Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
• Indian Contract Act, 1872

3.User Eligibility

To use Snapbaaz:

• Must be 18+ years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts

4.Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of OTP, password, and login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

5.Orders, Pricing & Payments

Orders confirmed after successful payment. Prices in INR, include GST. We accept:

• UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, COD
• Payments processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways
• Snapbaaz does NOT store card details, CVV, or UPI PIN

6.Prohibited Activities

Users prohibited from: fake orders, fraud, hacking, abuse, violating laws. Violations
result in suspension and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (logo, brand, UI, software) is Snapbaaz property. No copying, reproduction,
or commercial use without permission.

8.Limitation of Liability

Snapbaaz NOT liable for:

• Indirect damages, loss of profits, vendor errors, product defects
• Delivery delays, logistics failures, force majeure events
• Unauthorized account access due to user negligence
• Platform provided \”AS-IS\” without warranties

9.Termination

Snapbaaz may suspend/terminate accounts for policy violations at any time.

10.Grievance Redressal
