We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 48 hours return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing parts or accessories
- Product significantly different from description
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or hygiene items (if opened)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Digital goods
- Items without original tags or packaging
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
Go to \”My Orders\” → Select the order → Click \”Return\” → Upload required photos → Submit the request.
Our team will review and approve the request after verification.
4. Refund Process
- Refund timeline: 5–10 business days after product inspection and approval.
- Refund method: Original payment method or Snapbaaz Wallet (as applicable).
Refund Amount
Refund = Product Price minus ₹45 standard deduction
This ₹45 deduction covers logistics and handling charges.
Exception
No deduction will apply in cases of:
- Defective products
- Wrong item delivered
- Vendor or Snapbaaz error
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
5. Return Pickup
Return pickup will be scheduled through Snapbaaz logistics partners.
Customers must ensure:
- Product is properly packed
- All tags are attached
- Original packaging is intact
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of return.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size or color variants, subject to:
- Stock availability
- Vendor approval
Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
Full refund (no deduction).
After Shipment:
Customer must initiate return after receiving the product. ₹45 deduction will apply (except in defective/wrong item cases).
8. Quality Check at Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
Any damage or issue must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos.
